And let the havoc begin ..

I got off of Laith and stood up, laith followed. His face red with anger towards the person infront of us. The person that caused me nothing but misery. The person that made me cry for many sleepless nights. The person whose name is 5alid.

"Uh.. Na-aa-3m?" I said stuttering. 

"MA TST7EN YA 8ALEELAT EL ADAB??" he yelled.

"5alid ehda, mu lazm ydroun 3anna kl el jeeran" Laith spoke doing his best to keep his cool. 

"W ENT YAL 7AYWAN! KAIF TETJARA2 T5AWY E5T 9DEEGK?" he continued yelling. 

"5alid efhamny, 5alny ashr7 lk el salfa. Lw sama7t" I said holding back my tears. 

"MA Y7TAJ TSHR7EENLY AY SHAY! ENTY 8ALEELAT ADAB! AHLK MA RABOOK ZAIN! 6AYA7TY SOM3AT 3A2ELTK KLA 3ASHAN WALAD MA YST7G!" 

That made me boil with rage, "ANA MA AST7Y? ANA GLEELAT ADAB? LW ENK SAKET W FAHEM EL SALFA KAN MA GLT HAL KALAM! BANDAR YDRY ENENA A97AB W MWAFEG! ANA MO M5AWYA! W AHLY MA RABOONY 3ALLA KITHA! W ANA MA A7TAJ ABARER LK! MA 3NDK AY GEEMA FE 7YATY! EL MARRA EL JAYA GABL MA TETFALSAF W T9ARE5 EFHAM EL SALFA!!" 

I was out of breath and tears were streaming down my face like waterfalls. Laith pulled me into a hug and played with my hair. 

"Ra7 7abeeb el galb Sa3ad ja Laith, tetnagalain bain el 3yal shaklk.. Mta yjy doury?" 5alid spoke with rudeness. 

I was shocked by his words. I let go of Laith and looked at him in disbelief, my tears unable to stop. Laith held him by his shirt and spoke calmly but danger was detectible in his voice, "E7terem nafsik w e6la3. Shahad taj foug rasek w etha 8alait adabek 3alaiha ana b3almek el adab.. fahem?" 

5alid just nodded in fear. 

"Yalla ethlef w maby ashouf ashouf rag3at wajhek marra thanya" Laith let go of 5alid. And 5alid the wussy ran out of the house. 

I continued to cry while Laith sat on the grass and pulled me to his chest, playing with my hair.

"Shh.. baby don't cry" he whispered calming me with his deep voice. 

"I'm here, I'm not leaving" 

"I'll always protect you baby" he continued. 

"Laith? Shahad?" someone suddenly spoke. 

I turned my head to see Bandar standing there with a shocked look on his face. I tried to struggle out of Laith's grip but he held me tighter to him.

"Aish ga3deen tsawoon? Laith laish ga3ed t5mha (hug)?" Bandar spoke trying to keep his cool until he saw me crying. 

"SHAHAD SHFEEK? LAISH T9EE7EEN?" he ran to me worried, I shook my head and nuzzled into Laith's chest. 

"Laith sawait laha shay?" he asked, anger in his voice.

"La walla ma za3alt'ha, hathy salfa 6weela. Bngoulek el salfa bs mo al7een." Laith replied. 

"La gool al7een" Bandar insisted. 

"Bandar walla bngoulek bs 5alny shwy m3 Shahad, lw sm7t" he asked.

"Okay bs btgolounly. Ana bl duwaniya lw tboony" with that, Bandar left. 

Laith tightened his grip while I nuzzled his chest, that drew a smile on his adorable face. 

"5ala9 Shahoody la t9ee7een" he spoke calmly. 

Laith pulled my head out of his chest and wiped my tears with his thumbs saying, "Baba la t9ee7een 3ashany.. dmo3ek '3alya 3alay" 

He kissed both my cheeks and my forehead. Pulled me closer to him and sang:

صرت عندي اغلى شي واغلى من نفسي عليّ

ماتخيلتك حبيب رايح بقلبي وغادي ..

انتظر حبي الجديد بعدما فكرت فيك ..

وانت في يدك هواي مهتني ولا معذب ..

ياعساني منحرم انت يااغلى اسم
لاهجر العالم واجيك بعد ما فكرت فيك 

His melodic voice made me feel sleepy and woozy, I heard him whisper quietly:

"I love you"

Then I drifted off into a blissful sleep.
